Shaking Water Bath

Shaking water bath or water bath shaker is a kind of laboratory equipment which is a combination of water bath and reciprocating shaker. It comes with stainless steel shaking platform with spring loaded plastic clamps to fit the conical flasks. A PID temperature controller with PT100 sensor is fitted to control the temperature between ambient+5°C to 99°C and speed regulator to control the shaking strokes. Digital RPM display is an optional part.

• Inner tank & housing: Inner tank is made of stainless steel 304 and outer housing is made of powder coated MS. Stainless steel 304 outer cabinet is optional. Insulation is glass wool.
• Shaking platform: Shaking platform is DC motor driven with cam shaft and made of stainless steel 304 while clamps are spring loaded and made of plastic which is corrosion resistant. Clamps are available in 100 ml, 250 ml and 500 ml. Shaking strokes range is 40 to 140 rpm which is controlled by speed regulator.
• Temperature controller: Temperature control is an important part of a water bath shaker. Temperature control range is ambient+5°C to 99°C which is controlled by PID temperature controller and PT100 sensor.
• Lid: Lid is a gable cover which is dome type and made of stainless steel 304.

These double walled units are insulated with thick layer of glass wool. Exterior is powder coated MS or GI Sheet which is corrosion resistant. Inner chamber is made of stainless steel 304.
