Standard models come with inner chamber made of stainless steel 304 grade sheet; while exterior is made of thick GI sheet which is powder coated and painted for rust free performance. We also make GMP models if needed; these units are completely made of stainless steel 304 or 316 grades as required. The gap between exterior and interior walls is filled with thick layer of high density PUF insulation. Outer door is made solid in nature and also insulated with PUF material; it is also fitted with locking arrangement to prevent unauthorized access.
As stability chamber is designed to deliver accuracy and stability throughout test cycle; therefore, we use control systems of only reputed brand available in the Indian market; in addition to PID controllers we also use PLC based color HMI control system as option. It features touch screen controller with data logging and memory storage functions. User can also transfer data into pen drive to further save into computer or laptop or even connect the chamber with computer (Ethernet). Several types of safety errors with buzzers can also be configured through HMI.
