Detailed Description
- Temperature Range: Laboratory refrigerators are designed with temperature range 2°C to 8°C
- Temperature controller: We use imported PID temperature controller supported with PT100 sensor for temperature settings. This controller displays both Set Value (SV) and Process Value (PV). It also has auto-tune feature.
- Air circulation: Air circulation is mandatory in any laboratory refrigerator to maintain uniform temperature across the chamber; therefore, we use imported axial fans from reputed brands on the market.
- Illumination: Each lab refrigerator is fitted with illumination facility; a LED lamp is fitted inside the chamber, which is door operated. When door opens, it switches ON automatically.
- Refrigeration: Our laboratory refrigerators and vaccine storage refrigerators offer superior cooling performance. In order to achieve this performance, we use quiet and CFC free compressors of reputed brands such as Emerson, Embraco and Danfoss.
- Construction: Backed by over 40 years of engineering experience, our lab refrigerators are known for their rugged construction. Inner walls are made of Stainless Steel 304; while outer cabinet is made of bacterial resistant powder coated GI sheet. We also make GMP laboratory refrigerator made of fully stainless steel.
- Door: Our laboratory refrigerators are made with choice of hinged type solid door or glass door, and fitted with reliable door handle with spring latch or pull action clamp. Large lab refrigerator units are made with double chambers with double doors.
- Safety: In order to keep your costly vaccine safe, our laboratory and pharmacy refrigerators are equipped with temperature low / high variation and power failure alarms; a buzzer alerts operator in case of any variation in temperature.
- Data recording: Data recording is optional feature and provided at extra price. We provide RS232 computer interface or thermal printer attachment facility. We also offer controller with USB port to transfer data into pen drive.
